Client satisfaction is monitored through open and honest dialogue, through repeat assignments and by asking for feedback at the end of a project.
A variety of clients return to Just Ecology time after time; in fact more than 50% do so from year to year and new clients usually stay with us whenever they have multiple projects to deliver.
